Child and Family Consultant – Gold Coast (INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY)

- Collaborateand lead in partnership with Child Safety, ASC colleagues, and community services by building strong, trusted relationships that support effective co-response and referral pathways.
- Deliver expert, child-focused practice by responding to referrals, engaging families, and conducting thorough, strengths-based assessments aligned with operational guidelines and Act for Kids policies.
- Drive coordinated outcomes through regular, high-quality communication with Child Safety Officers and active participation in stakeholder meetings, joint training, and career development activities.
- Represent Act for Kids with integrity and accountability by maintaining accurate client data, upholding ethical practice, and contributing positively to team, organisational, and sector-wide collaboration.
- Full-time backfill opportunity to 27 November 2026.
- Level 5 under the SCHCADS award.
- Open to all suitably experienced internal candidates.
