Mentone Toyota Service Department is a busyand energetic environment with a constant flow of customers that will be seeking your help & guidance. Our goal is to provide our customers with a superior service experience by promptlyattending to their questions, and bookingsin an efficient and courteous manner.If you are not currently in a Service Advisor role we are more than happy to fully train someone for this position.

It is for this reason we require someone who has the the following:

Be driven and have a high desire to succeed in the Automotive Industry

A friendly, approachable personality with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

It can get busy at times so you will need to be able to handle multiple customer queries, bookings, and service requests in a quick-paced, energetic setting.

The Role

Meet and greet customers when they drop off and pick up their vehicles

Offer customers insights into required services,



preventative maintenance, and repair options

Liaise with the customer throughout the day and provide updates

Booking service appointments

Prepare Customers invoices and
