Our client, an independent Federal Government agency responsible for implementing and administering the National Disability Insurance Scheme, require the services of a Salesforce Development Lead

Duties of the Salesforce Development Lead

- Ensuring solutions adhere to governance and coding standards via reviews.
- Delivering quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions in concert with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts.
- Bringing your expertise of Salesforce Vlocity to help guide best practice solution delivery.
- Supporting the code deployment process through all environments including Production.
- Adopting and supporting the rollout of CI/CD and DevOps and test automation practise

Skills and Experience Required

- Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns, in building and working with integrations (example REST APIs, Platform Events) and working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development




- Experience in Salesforce platform technologies such as Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs as well as Vlocity package/Omnistudio platform using Ominiscripts, Flexcards, Integration procedure and DataRaptors
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud implementations
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant, Salesforce Architect Domain) are highly desirable
- Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode and DevOps practices
