Job Description

Palm Lake Group's Cardón at Pelican Waters Golf Club on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee Restaurant and Bar operations and run private functions. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure service standards across casual and event settings.

You'll work seven days with a rotating roster, ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and WHS, and partner with the Head Chef to keep floor and kitchen moving in harmony.
