Tenterfield Shire Council is seeking a full time Leading Hand (Roads – Sealed) based in Tenterfield, NSW. This hands-on supervisory role will lead a small crew responsible for sealed road maintenance and rehabilitation works across the Shire to keep roads reliable for the community.

You will supervise crews, coordinate tasks, implement safe work practices, manage traffic control setups, and report progress while operating relevant civil plant and equipment.
