Nick Scali Furniture is seeking a roster officer to support workforce scheduling across our retail network. You will monitor roster coverage, maintain employee data, and prepare workforce reports to help stores run smoothly and stay compliant.
This hands-on role requires resolving issues, turning data into explicit actions for stores and regional leaders. Proficiency with Excel and exposure to Deputy, Power BI, Power Query or Power Automate are valued assets in our fast-paced environment.
