Job Description
IMC Trading is seeking a Representative Director to hold statutory office for its Korean entity and to lead the operation of the business in Seoul.

The role includes fiduciary duties under the Commercial Act, regulatory obligations tied to the firm's licence, and day-to-day accountability for Seoul's governance, controls and regulatory relationships. The successful candidate will join a joint appointment with the Head of Asia Pacific, based in Sydney, sharing authority with a counterpart.
