Eligible permanent teachers who hold a substantive teaching position in a North or South Education Region school, or a South West Education Region school* may elect to undertake this role as a 3-year mobility appointment, with a right of return to their substantive position.

Key responsibilities

- You will use high-impact teaching strategies to deliver engaging literacy and numeracy programs, with an understanding of differentiation and assessment practices to meet diverse student needs, monitor progress and inform teaching.
- You will work collaboratively with colleagues, complement their strengths, contribute to shared priorities and support a consistent and connected K–12 approach to teaching, learning and student wellbeing.
- The successful applicant will create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom setting, setting high expectations, fostering a growth mindset and supporting students’ academic, social and emotional development.

What you need

- hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
