Content Creator & Creative Specialist – Beauty

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Creative Specialist to join our in‑house team, creating content across Airyday, Keune Haircosmetics & LOC.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a hands‑on creative role for someone who can concept, film, photograph, direct and edit, but who also sees the bigger story and opportunity behind the content.

You’ll turn products, people, partnerships, trends and brand moments into ideas that can live across social, campaigns and digital editorial. From a new product launch or salon visit to a creator collaboration or interview, we want someone who can see the opportunity, find the hook and turn it into content people actually want to consume.

You’ll work closely with our Content & Creative Manager, sometimes creating and capturing content together and other times taking an idea, shoot or story from concept through to execution independently. You’ll also collaborate with our wider social, marketing and ecommerce teams to bring campaigns and brand moments to life.

What you’ll be doing

Content creation: Concept, film, photograph, direct and edit social‑first content across Airyday, Keune and our wider brands.

Creative concepts: Develop ideas, hooks, scripts, formats and campaign concepts, not just execute a brief.

Social‑first storytelling: Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, interviews, GRWMs, product content and recurring series that feel native to each platform and brand.

On‑camera + behind‑camera: Be comfortable appearing in content as well as interviewing, directing and filming others.

Interview‑led storytelling: Turn access to founders, creators, salons, clinics, partners and interesting people into stories our communities actually want to consume.

Digital editorial: Take great ideas beyond the initial post into blogs, articles, EDM stories,

website content and broader digital storytelling.

Creators & UGC: Develop creative concepts, hooks and briefs for external creators and UGC, working alongside our Social, Community & Partnerships Manager.

Paid creative: Create and adapt content for paid social, particularly Airyday, and use performance learnings to inform what we create next.

Content bank: Build and maintain a strong, varied and usable bank of content across our brands for organic, paid and wider digital use.

About you

You’re a creator first, with a strong creative brain. You can take an idea from concept to camera to finished content, whether you’re working independently or collaborating with the wider team. You’re naturally curious, can spot a content opportunity and know how to turn it into something people actually want to watch, read or share.

You’ll ideally bring:

Confidence both in front of and behind the camera.

Hands‑on experience creating content for brands, agencies or your own channels.

Confidence filming, photographing and editing social‑first content.

Strong copywriting skills across blogs, EDMs, scripts, social and editorial.

A strong visual eye and understanding of pacing, composition and storytelling.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and emerging formats.

The ability to develop ideas, hooks and concepts, not just execute briefs.

Curiosity and initiative, with the ability to create independently or jump in, collaborate and make excellent content with the wider team or our community.

A genuine interest in beauty,

skincare, SPF, hair, fashion, wellness or lifestyle.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or similar creative tools is highly regarded. More advanced videography, photography, lighting or post‑production capability is a bonus.

A portfolio or examples of your content must be submitted with your application.
