ESSENTIAL

- Experience preparing, cooking and presenting quality food in accordance with relevant standards
n
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation as prescribed by legislation, standards
n
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate – Minimum Level 1
n
- Experience in café-style front-of-house operations
n
- Order stock, budget, cash balancing
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; teamwork; demonstrated commitment to high ethical practice; ability to work well with young people
n
- Ability to provide a COVID-19 vaccination certificate
n
- Access to registered, comprehensively insured vehicle while on duty, current driver's licence and telephone
n

DESIRABLE

n

- Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
n
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate – Level 2
n
- Current First Aid Certificate
n
- Training and Assessment TAE
n
- Previous experience in training and supporting staff
n
- Experience in catering
n

CONDITIONS

n

Dependent on the position, experience, qualifications part time rate $36.22 – $43.42
