The role:



Lead Educator

n

n
- Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families
n
- Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning
n
- Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices
n

n

Champion children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world.

n

What you'll bring

n

A passionate love of learning and...

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towards
n
- In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
n
- Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children
n
- Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
n
- Experience in leading a room or team
n
- Current WWCC and First Aid.
n
- Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 October must provide evidence of completion of the mandatory National Child Safety Training via Geccko, including Foundation Training (courses 1&2) and Advanced Training (courses 3&4), or be willing to obtain these certifications prior to employment.
