CormTech is partnering with a large national organisation undertaking a significant transformation of its enterprise systems and document automation capability. We are looking for a hands-on Document Automation Specialist who can turn complex requirements into accurate, practical and user-friendly automated documents.
The opportunity
Working within a collaborative technology team, you will configure and improve the templates, workflows and automated documents used across the organisation. You will work with technical specialists and business users to reduce manual effort, improve consistency and strengthen the quality of important client-facing documents.
What you will do
- Build and improve automated Word templates, forms, letters and emails.
- Apply data fields, calculations, conditional logic and document tagging.
- Create reusable content, questionnaires and approval workflows.
- Test document generation, resolve defects and support releases.
- Translate business requirements into practical automated solutions.
What you will bring
You will have hands‑on experience building document automations, supported by strong Microsoft Word template skills and careful attention to detail.
Experience with HotDocs, Contract Express, XpressDox, DocuSign CLM or a comparable platform would be valuable. We are open to transferable experience, and you do not need to have worked with every product listed.
You will also be comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, testing your work thoroughly and documenting the solutions you build.
Experience within professional services or another document‑intensive environment would be helpful, but it is not essential.
