Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, professional and confident Car Park Attendant / Parking Enforcement Officer to monitor and manage our commercial building's car park. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the car park is used appropriately, maintaining compliance with building parking rules and addressing unauthorised or improper parking.

Key responsibilities

- Regularly patrol and monitor the commercial car park level
n
- Identify and record parking breaches and unauthorised vehicles
n
- Monitor vehicles for compliance with allocated parking arrangements
n
- Issue breach notices in accordance with the building's Car Park Management System
n
- Ensure loading bays, driveways, ramps, access areas and designated spaces remain transparent
n
- Photograph and document breaches where required
n




- Maintain accurate records of vehicles and parking infringements
n
- Help maintain a safe, orderly and well-managed car park environment
n

About you

- Reliable, punctual and observant
n
- Confident approaching people and addressing parking issues
n
- Professional, polite and firm when enforcing rules
n
- Well presented and professional in appearance
n
- Detail-oriented with good written and communication skills
n
- Comfortable using a mobile phone to photograph and record breaches
n
- Previous experience in parking enforcement, security, building management, facilities management or a similar role will be highly regarded, but is not essential
