We are currently seeking talented Support Workers to join our team!

About the Role

- Delivering outstanding, person-centered support.

- Addressing clients' social and community needs.
n
- Supporting clients develop skills to meet their goals.
n
- Offering personalised one-on-one support.
n




- Supporting clients in achieving their work and work experience objectives.
n
- Maintaining precise support logs and notes.
n

You will also need:

- A valid Driver's Licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.

- An NDIS Worker Check
n
- A Working with Children Check
n
- First Aid Certificate.
