Job Description

As the Marketing Strategist, you will be the driving force behind a diverse range of clients' online success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, ensuring their websites and online presence are optimised for maximum impact. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover position working approximately 22 hours per week (3 days full-time hours or 4 days school hours, flexible).

Key responsibilities

n

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives

n

Set up and manage analytics reporting, providing clients with valuable insights into their website performance and campaign effectiveness

n

Create content based on overall strategy to grow clients' accounts

n

Set up compelling landing pages and help create engaging websites that resonate with target audiences

n

Manage and grow clients' social media accounts, creating engaging content and building online communities

n

Develop and execute effective newsletter and email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns

n

Set up and manage paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn and Meta

n

About you

n

At least 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a digital agency environment

n

Robust understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n





A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

n

Experience with social media management tools

n

Experience with EDM platforms like Mailchimp and Mailpoet

n

Experience with paid advertising

n

Australian resident or possess permanent residency status
