We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Operations Support Officer (AO3) in Bundamba to help deliver our vision of connected communities in a thriving, sustainable Queensland. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.
n
- Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
n
- Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and various passenger transport products.
n
- Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
n
- Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
