Grosvenor Engineering Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to lead injury management, return-to-work processes and claims coordination with WorkSafe and insurers. This role combines policy development with practical case management from our Brisbane office, with some work-from-home flexibility.

You will develop and review policies, provide guidance on injury management, coordinate claims, wellness initiatives and training, and report on injury statistics.
