Silk Hospitality seeks an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper for a luxury hotel in Brisbane. You will support the Executive Housekeeper, lead a large team, and uphold exceptional housekeeping standards across rooms and public areas.

In this role you will recruit, train, coach, and perform performance management while maintaining alignment with brand quality and guest satisfaction. A hands-on leader with robust communication is essential.
