This is a highly field-based role suited to an experienced operations leader who is comfortable with extensive daily travel, managing service delivery across multiple sites, leading frontline teams, and building robust client relationships.

The Role

n

You will oversee multi-site cleaning operations, manage client relationships, and lead frontline teams to deliver consistent service standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires regular travel across Regional NSW, so you'll need to be highly organised, responsive, self-directed, and comfortable spending most of your time out in the field.

Key responsibilities

n

- Manage client relationships and act as the key contact for service delivery and issue resolution
n
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites,



including quality checks, audits, and additional works
n
- Lead, coach, and roster frontline teams to maintain service standards and performance
n
- Monitor labour, supplier requirements, invoicing, and operational costs
n

Skills and Experience

n

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

- Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, or related multi-site operations
n
- Are located near the region Armidale - Coffs Harbour
n
- Experience in a supervisory, team leader, area manager, or operations-focused role
n
- Strong client management, communication, and team leadership skills
n
- Ability to manage rosters, service standards, and multiple priorities in a field-based environment
n

Requirements

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Willingness and availability to undertake extensive daily travel across Regional NSW
n
- Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check (no more than three months old)
