The Opportunity

MinRes are seeking experienced All Rounder Operators to join our experienced, tight-knit crews where teamwork, safe production and looking out for one another matter. With positions available across our Iron Ore and Lithium operations, and a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, you'll have meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

What is required?

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role
n
- A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence
n
- Solid experience operating Dozers (D10 and/or D11), Graders (16M or larger), Loaders (992 or larger), and excavators (2600 or larger) in production mining environments—proficiency with additional machinery highly regarded.
n
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
n
- The ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
n
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
n
