Are you an experienced production or workshop supervisor who knows what good workmanship looks like and enjoys keeping a busy operation moving?

Anytime by Fleetmark is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee our Derrimut workshop and support our field service teams with safety, workflow and process improvements.

Working closely with our General Managers, you'll coordinate people, resources and production schedules, resolve operational challenges and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

From our expanded Derrimut facility, we deliver complete fleet branding solutions, including signage, truck and trailer curtain repairs and replacements, and custom fabrication.

About You

You're a practical, hands-on leader who understands production, recognises quality workmanship and can keep people and processes running effectively.

You'll bring:

- Proven production experience in a workshop, manufacturing, automotive, transport or similar environment.




- Experience supervising teams and coordinating daily workshop or production activities.
- The ability to identify production issues, improve processes and maintain quality standards.
- Experience coordinating schedules, resources and workflow.
- The flexibility to adapt quickly to changing customer requirements and operational priorities.
- Solid communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality and team performance.

Experience in vehicle body building, automotive refinishing, chassis manufacturing or a related production environment would be particularly relevant. A background in paint, print or signwriting will also be highly regarded.

You don't need to have worked in our exact industry, but you do need to understand production and know how to get the best out of people and processes.
