Duties & Responsibilities:

n

n
- Take on your own small, clean portfolio of properties
n
- No leasing duties or BDM duties
n
- Routine inspections
n
- Prepare forms and other admin duties
n
- Entry and exit condition reports
n
- Maintenance and repairs
n

n

Skills and experience required for the role:

n

n
- Ideally 6 months of experience in a similar role
n
- A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential
n
- Avalid driver's license
n
- Strong communication skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
