We are seeking experienced Precast Panel Caulkers, Grouters & Patchers to join our team at LA Caulking in Melbourne, VIC 3000. This is a full time role and there are multiple positions available.

What you'll be doing

- Caulking and sealing precast concrete panels to ensure a watertight and weather-resistant seal
- Grouting joints between precast panels to create a secure and seamless connection
- Patching and repairing any damage or defects in precast panels
- Collaborating with the construction team to coordinate work and meet project timelines
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

- Relevant experience as a precast caulker, grouter or patcher, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong technical skills in the use of caulking guns, grout pumps, and other relevant tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any issues that arise on the job
- Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
- White Card, EWP,



own tools and own transport required.
