We're looking for confident, energetic Appointment Setters to join our CURRENT Customer Contact Centre in Carnegie, conveniently located right next to Carnegie Station. Key responsibilities
Contacting new and existing clients by phone
Building rapport and having genuine conversations
Booking qualified appointments for our team
Following up leads and maintaining accurate client records
Working towards daily and weekly KPIs
Contributing to a positive, competitive and high-energy team environment

Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, charities, fundraising, solar, telecommunications, lead generation will be highly regarded but it is not necessary
