Job Description

BCU Bank in Tweed Heads is seeking a permanent, full-time Member Relations Officer to support members with everyday banking needs. You will engage in genuine conversations, identify financial goals, and recommend suitable BCU Bank products and services.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, proven sales and extensive service experience, solid numeracy, clear communication, and attention to detail. Travel between branches may be required; a current driver's license is needed.
