Flourish Australia is seeking a Team Coordinator or Team Coordinator - Peer Specialist in Blacktown. You will supervise Peer Workers and Mental Health Workers, provide hands-on frontline service delivery, and mentor staff using recovery-focused approaches.

You will manage day-to-day supervision and support to ensure person-centered plans align with recovery goals. The role is full time, based in Blacktown, with a 9-day fortnight and every other Friday off.
