A Day in the Life

As our next Retail & Education Manager reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be the ultimate brand champion for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty across the vibrant eastern suburbs of Victoria. In this high-energy, field-based role, you will hold the keys to your own territory, driving the retail theater and scientific education behind global powerhouse brands like La Roche-Posay (pioneering life-changing dermatological solutions) and CeraVe (the cult-favorite, dermatologist-developed barrier-repair expert). You will be provided with a fully maintained fleet vehicle and fuel card.

- Accelerate Business Growth: Partner closely with local pharmacies to co-create dynamic commercial strategies, secure prime in-store visibility, and maximize sell-out.
- Educate & Inspire: Run engaging, interactive training sessions that turn pharmacy staff into passionate, highly-knowledgeable skincare advocates.
- Build Elite Partnerships: Act as the trusted, go-to consultant for your accounts, elevating the in-store consumer experience.
- Analyze & Conquer: Decode local market data, track retail trends, and pivot your strategy to capture untapped opportunities.

- FMCG / Pharmacy Affinity: Previous experience in retail leadership, pharmacy, or the beauty industry is a definite plus.
