Liverpool Catholic Club is preparing to launch an exciting new Asian fusion dining destination, bringing together vibrant flavours, exceptional service, and a contemporary dining experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and play a key role in creating a venue that guests will love and return to time and time again.

About the Role

n

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support Catering Management in the daily operation of the venue while leading and motivating the front-of-house team. You'll ensure service runs smoothly, guests receive exceptional experiences, and the venue consistently delivers high standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations
n
- Lead, coach and support front-of-house team members
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable dining experiences
n
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and WH&S; standards
n
- Ensure presentation, service and quality standards are consistently met
n
- Assist with staff training and development
n
- Build strong relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
n
- Contribute ideas for specials, promotions and seasonal menu offerings
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional venue environment
n

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role
n
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong attention to detail
n
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
n
- Professional presentation and high personal standards
n
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
n
- Current RSA competency card
n

Experience within an Asian cuisine or Asian fusion restaurant will be highly regarded but is not essential.
