Job Description

BEST Employment, Tamworth, is seeking a dedicated IEA Job Coach for a permanent full time role based at our Tamworth site. You will deliver tailored case management to Participants living with disabilities and provide exceptional customer service to support progression and outcomes.

You will mentor a caseload, build relationships with employers and community stakeholders, coordinate training and referrals, and ensure accurate records and privacy compliance.
