Our client Motorola is expanding its National Retail Field team to support Melbourne retail stores, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Retail/Field Representative to join their national field and training team.

The Role

n

As our Field Representative, you will be the face of Motorola at the retail frontline.

n

You will act as the key connection between Motorola and its retail partners, management and key stakeholders, putting people first to build relationships and drive product knowledge.

n

You will be proactive, finding creative ways to deliver outstanding retail execution through engaging product training and strong store relationships.

n

You will take ownership of your territory and thrive while working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

n

Key responsibilities will include

n

n
- Supporting key retail stores across Melbourne's metropolitan area.
n
- Achieving and exceeding set targets for retail coverage, training, merchandising, and social networking activity.
n
- Upskilling and training retail staff on Motorola products to build brand advocacy.
n
- Cultivating strong and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Store Managers, Area Managers, retail staff, and key business partners, both face-to-face and through social/digital channels.
n




- Organising and maintaining a call cycle and CRM reporting within your territory, including daily and weekly feedback analysis.
n
- Delivering and maintaining key merchandising executions.
n
- Identifying opportunities to increase product awareness and brand engagement within stores.
n
- Maintaining accurate and timely CRM reporting.
n
