This is an exciting opportunity for First Nations candidates to gain hands on experience while completing a Certificate IV in Information Technology. You'll be working on real projects that support Unisys's government clients, developing your technical skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About You

- Have a genuine passion for technology and enjoy working with computers
n
- Show strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Can obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance
n
- Are an Australian Citizen
n

Your Duties

n

n




- Help staff with day-to-day IT issues at their desk or on site
n
- Fix basic computer, hardware, software, and connection problems
n
- Set up, move, and change IT equipment such as computers and monitors
n
- Support users with their IT needs and answer questions in a friendly way
n
- Scan and update records for IT equipment and assetsMake sure IT systems at desks are working properly
n
- Full-time paid traineeship, earn while you learn (with no HECS debt)

- Gain a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Information Technology
