Located across 60 acres of beautiful gardens, lakes, and rainforest surrounds, Buderim Gardens is a vibrant retirement community where residents enjoy an active, social lifestyle. You'll play an important role in helping make that possible.

The Opportunity

n

Part time | 22.5 Hours per Week

n

Shift Pattern

n

n
- Monday: 5:30am - 1:30pm
n
- Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
n
- Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
n

n

Vehicle: 22-seat bus (LR Licence Required)

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping trips and community outings
n
- Assist residents with boarding, mobility aids and personal belongings as needed
n
- Deliver a warm, professional and customer-focused experience
n
- Coordinate vehicle servicing and scheduled inspections
n
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bus
n
- Support village operations with occasional general duties
n
- Champion safety and resident wellbeing at all times
n

About You

n





You're a people person who enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for passengers.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Current Light Rigid (LR) Driver Licence
n
- Previous bus driving experience
n
- A genuine interest in supporting older Australians
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Calm decision-making and a safety-first mindset
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
- A positive, proactive and dependable approach
n
