Full-time | Para Hills, SA | Liebherr Australia is seeking a Production Planner to join our Remanufacturing team based in Para Hills, South Australia. Reporting to the Team Leader – Production Planning, you will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, coordinating priorities, and providing effective production planning and administrative support.

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production, manufacturing, planning, scheduling, or administration who is looking to develop their career within a global manufacturing organisation. You do not need to be a senior scheduler to be successful in this role — we are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Preparing and delivering relevant shop floor documentation, including Production Orders, technical drawings, and quality procedures.
n
- Planning Production Orders, with a particular focus on managing Planned, Release and In-Process dates.
n




- Entering and maintaining accurate data within the ERP system.
n
- Developing required reports and maintaining production records and documentation.
n
- Developing and managing production schedules in line with available resources and capacity.
n
- Creating and maintaining WIP production schedules for internal and external operations.
n
- Re-prioritising production schedules in response to changes in demand, materials, and operational requirements.
n
- Providing effective coordination and administrative support to the production environment.
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment. You will have strong attention to detail, enjoy coordinating multiple priorities and be keen to develop your skills in production planning and scheduling.

n

- Experience in a coordination, administration, production, or manufacturing environment.
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
n

Desirable

n

The following experience would be advantageous but is not essential:

n

- Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory control.




n
- Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly planning or manufacturing modules.
n
- Previous experience in production planning or scheduling.
n
- Experience working in a job shop or similar manufacturing environment.
n
