About the Role

n

Reporting to the COO/Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently through the business while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight
n
- Resolve freight delays, damages and claims
n
- Coordinate loading, unloading,



packing and dispatch
n
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
n
- Champion LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Promote and monitor WHS procedures and practices
n
- Support hazard identification and risk reduction
n
- Conduct safety and quality inspections
n
- Support final quality inspections before dispatch
n

About You

n

You are a highly organised and motivated logistics professional who takes pride in creating safe, efficient and well-run workplaces.

Essential

n

n
- Current Driver Licence
n
- Current Forklift Licence
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Genuine commitment to workplace health and safety
n

n

Desirable

n

n
- Warehousing, logistics or supply chain experience
n
- Inventory and warehouse systems experience
n
- Understanding of LEAN manufacturing
n
- HR Licence, White Card and/or First Aid Certificate
n
- Experience with Smartsheet, Monday.com or Odoo
n
