Job Description

Metro South Health's Logan Hospital invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join the newly established 12-bed Acute Cognitive Unit. You will deliver secure, compassionate, person-centred care to older patients with dementia, delirium, frailty and functional decline, working within a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess and plan care, collaborate with medical and allied health staff, and contribute to quality improvement and staff education.
