Insurance Broker - Construction

Brisbane CBD | $100,000–$150,000 + Super + Bonus

An established and highly regarded insurance brokerage is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its Brisbane CBD team with a strong focus on the construction sector.

n

The Role

n

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of construction-focused clients across their insurance programs including:

n

n
- Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of construction clients
n
- Handling renewals, policy amendments, endorsements and general servicing
n
- Reviewing client risks and ensuring appropriate insurance solutions are in place
n
- Working closely with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
n
- Assisting with new business opportunities and client growth
n
- Providing high-quality advice and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Working alongside senior brokers and internal teams to deliver a high level of service
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as an Account Manager
n
- Strong exposure to construction insurance
n
- Experience across commercial general insurance lines, ideally including ISR, Liability, Motor, Property and Skilled Indemnity
n
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
n
- The ability to manage a portfolio independently and work to deadlines
n
- A professional, proactive and commercially minded approach
n
- Tier 1 qualified
n
