AARNet is seeking a motivated Desktop Support Officer to build their IT career across multiple platforms in Brisbane. The role provides desktop, telephone, face-to-face and remote support to users and sits within a fast-paced, one-team workplace.
You will handle Microsoft 365 and tooling administration, deploy devices, perform routine maintenance, and log incidents in our ITSM system, escalating to Level 2/3 when needed. Australian citizenship is required for this role.
