Job Description

SHEPHERD is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Inspector / Supervisor to deliver regional infrastructure projects across Queensland, NSW and Victoria. You will inspect works, ensure quality, safety and compliance on-site while supporting disaster recovery initiatives.

You will work with councils, contractors and communities, travel between sites, and apply our structured delivery practices. A minimum of 3+ years in civil inspection or related roles is required, with robust reporting and
