McArthur ECE is seeking a Qualified Educator / Responsible Person to join the team at Flagstaff Hill Primary School OSHC.

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who wants to be supported and mentored by a strong and experienced leadership team, while developing their own leadership skills and taking on greater responsibility within the service.

families and educators.

About you

n

Are you someone who:

- Has experience working with children 0-12 years
n
- Is confident taking responsibility and making decisions
n
- Is passionate about children's wellbeing, inclusion and learning
n
- Wants to develop their leadership skills and career
n
- Is willing to learn, take initiative and embrace mentoring
n
- Can confidently step up when required and support the team
n
- Has an interest in developing a particular area of responsibility, such as ISS or WHS
n
- Understands the importance of child safety, professional boundaries and compliance
n
- Is a positive team player who wants to contribute to a supportive workplace culture
n

Qualification Requirements:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA approved qualification
n
- Working With Children's Check
n
- First Aid - HLTAID012
n
- CPR - HLTAID009
n
- RRHANs
n
- Child Safety Training- Foundations & Advanced certificates
n
