Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct, person-centred care and individual case management to patients in a range of clinical areas.

Key responsibilities

- You will work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
n
- You'll also have the opportunity to guide and mentor less experienced staff, including Enrolled Nurses and student nurses, sharing your expertise and ensuring high standards of nursing care are maintained.
n
- Provide comprehensive, person-centred nursing and midwifery care to patients.
n
- Assess individual patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
n

What you need

n

- Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
n
- Demonstrated clinical competence and experience in a relevant nursing area.
n
- Robust communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
