Job Description

HammondCare Home Care in New South Wales is seeking an experienced part time Home Care Registered Nurse (Clinical Partner) to support clients on the Far North Coast three days per week. You will assess clinical needs, develop and review care plans, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes, travelling between Ballina, Tweed Heads and the Gold Coast region as required.
