Accommodate With Collective, the property management division of Collective Property Agents, is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to join the growing team. You will work closely with the Property Manager focusing primarily on leasing and providing support across the day-to-day management of the portfolio. This is an opportunity to join a business focused on quality over quantity — building strong landlord relationships, providing excellent service and creating a property management division that is sustainable for both clients and the team.
This is a Brisbane-based role and applicants must be currently living in Brisbane and available to work from our office. This position is not suitable for remote or overseas-based applicants.
Key responsibilities
- Leasing duties, including open homes on Saturdays
- Processing applications and preparing tenancy documentation
- Onboarding of new managements
- Communicating with landlords, tenants and trades
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up repairs
- Assisting with lease renewals and tenancy management
- Assisting with entry and exit inspections and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and well-managed files
- General property management administration and portfolio support
About you
- Ideally has at least 1 year of residential property management experience in Queensland
- Has a sound understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation, or is keen to continue developing their knowledge
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
- A confident and professional communicator
- Comfortable dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
- Able to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Positive, friendly and approachable
