Chas Cole Cellars are currently seeking an experienced customer service professional, preferably with sound liquor knowledge and management skills, who can demonstrate initiative and is willing to learn on-the-job in a fast paced, dynamic environment. It is essential that you can exhibit your skills in a team setting and display exceptional levels of customer service.

The Role

n

Our Team Members play an important role in assisting customer needs through their exceptional passion for product, great customer focus and ability to engage with energy every day.

n

Key responsibilities of this position include:

n

Opening and closing of store. Secure the premises, manage alarm systems, and prepare registers.

n





Actively sharing your passion for liquor products with our customers and confidently recommending products to customers which meet their needs;

n

Working as a cooperative team member, while helping others to learn;

n

Ensuring a clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times;

n

Ensure compliance in accordance with Company procedures & policies;

n

Ordering and receiving, merchandising and stock control

n

Carrying out physical tasks associated with the role, requiring a level of physical fitness; and

n

Upholding responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

What You Need to Succeed

n

Ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically and provide appropriate solutions;

n

A genuine interest in expanding your knowledge of our liquor products and bringing a great energy to the team;

n

If you have your RSA competency, or are willing to undertake RSA immediately, a happy disposition and a flair for retail.
