Job Description

Cleanworks Australia is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Cleaner to join ourteam, responsible for supervising and supporting a cleaning team across schoolsites in Paralowie.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride indelivering high-quality commercial cleaning standards while supporting andguiding a team to achieve excellent results.You will play a key role in ensuring school facilities are maintained to a highstandard,providing clean, safe and welcoming environments for students, staffand visitors.

About the Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Leading and supervising a team of commercial cleaners

- Allocating daily cleaning tasks and ensuring completion to requiredstandards

- Conducting quality checks and providing feedback and support to teammembers





- Training and assisting recent team members with cleaning procedures and siterequirements

- Maintaining strong communication with management and site contacts

- Cleaning classrooms, offices, staff areas and common spaces

- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and amenities

- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces

- Managing consumables, equipment and reporting maintenance issues

- Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are followed

- Supporting school holiday cleaning requirements when required

Requirements

- Valid and current WWCCand Police Check

- Experiencein periodical cleaning (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, scrubbermachines) is an advantage

- Professional,well-presented, and confident working in a school environment

- Ableto work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
