We are a holistic retreat located Margate, 30 min drive from Hobart, Tasmania, dedicated to providing a space of deep healing, relaxation, and mind-body harmony. We value a holistic approach to wellness and are looking for a passionate team member who shares our love for healing others.

Key Requirements:

n

Experience or Qualification (Either of the following):

n

n
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a spa therapist; OR
n
- Holder of a Diploma of Remedial Massage.
n

Skills & Mindset:

n

n
- Highly motivated and eager to learn our retreat's unique techniques, including facials, hot stone massage, and sound healing.
n
- A genuine passion for healing and caring for people.
n

n

Teamwork & Flexibility:

n

n




- As an integral part of our holistic retreat team, you must be willing to support various day-to-day retreat operations as needed (e.g., customer care, cleaning, kitchen assistance, etc.).

Preferred:

- Experience or background in yoga and/or meditation.

Employment Conditions:

- Employment Type: Casual
n
- Pay Rate: From $37-$42 per hour (commensurate with experience and skills).
n
- Working Hours: 20+ hours per week.
n
- Perk: Staff share house accommodation is available in office.
