The Opportunity:

We are currently partnering with a well-established global organisation based in Scoresby to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator for a 14-month parental leave cover, with the potential for a permanent prospect longer term. This is a varied role combining sales support, customer service and administration, working closely with the National Sales Manager and broader commercial team.

You will play a key role in supporting commercial customers and the national sales team, managing enquiries, quotes, orders and day-to-day coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is confident juggling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide day-to-day support to the National Sales Manager and wider sales team
n
- Manage incoming enquiries from key commercial customers
n
- Prepare and process quotes and purchase orders
n
- Track quotes, orders and outstanding actions using Excel
n
- Coordinate stock availability and customer requirements
n
- Follow up deliveries and resolve order-related issues
n
- Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Technical Service and other internal teams
n




- Maintain accurate customer and order information within CRM and internal systems
n
- Provide general sales administration and coordination support as required
n

About You:

n

n
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Customer Service or Internal Sales
n
- Strong administration and organisational skills
n
- Experience within a B2B, wholesale, distribution or product-based environment highly regarded
n
- Experience using CRM systems
n
- SAP experience highly desirable
n
- Confident using Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused
n
- Confident managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of tasks
n
