We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven skilled to join our Perth team, supporting the continued growth of our Oil & Gas business across Western Australia. This is a senior client-facing role focused on strengthening strategic accounts, developing new opportunities and building long-term partnerships across the energy sector.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and grow key client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand our services and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Identify and convert new opportunities across the WA Oil & Gas market, building a strong and sustainable client pipeline.
- Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business, workforce priorities and future project requirements.
- Develop account strategies that drive revenue, profitability and increased market share.
- Stay close to industry activity, upcoming projects and workforce trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Partner with recruitment and operational teams to deliver an exceptional experience for clients.

What We're Looking For





- Strong experience within recruitment, workforce solutions or B2B business development, ideally across Oil & Gas, Energy or Resources.
- A proven track record of growing accounts, developing new business and building sustainable client partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the WA market, ideally supported by an established network across the Oil & Gas sector.
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
- A proactive, strategic and results-focused approach to account development.
