THE PERSON

To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:

- Two to three years of real estate experience, preferably within Property Management
- Sound knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, organised and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and colleagues

THE ROLE

Managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties, your responsibilities will include:





- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Managing rent reviews, increases and arrears
- Responding to tenant requests, concerns and urgent matters
- Maintaining accurate records across leases, payments, inspections and correspondence
- Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant with NSW legislation
