What You’ll Be Doing:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy for clients with communication, speech, language, voice, fluency, or swallowing challenges
- Create and implement personalised therapy plans that make a real difference in people’s lives
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, client-centred care
- Provide services across diverse settings – from clinics, schools, homes, and the community to telehealth sessions
- Keep your skills sharp through ongoing professional development and commitment to best practice

Benefits:

- Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 + super (based on experience)

Essentials:

- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent/higher)
- Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Clearance
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
