What We're Looking For

- Scientific Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading teams within scientific recruitment, research, or a related technical environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of scientific disciplines, research methodologies, and Life Sciences markets.
- Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads and manage resources.
- People Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
